This color is AWESOME! Finger paints are really nice polishes. I don't know why they aren't more popular. Maybe it's because they are really only available at Sally's Beauty Supply. This is a deep navy with a slight teal tinge. There is a super subtle shimmer that really makes this color unique. This is two coats with no top coat.

This is a beautiful navy blue. I can't see the shimmer in it. I love navy blue polish. I have a navy by Hard Candy that I wish I could find the exact same shade. I love it. Looks gorgeous on you. Pretty nails.
