I read the most fascinating article in this months issue of Women's Health magazine. Apparently, University of California at Riverside is developing a nail polish that flips from one color to another with a magnet. How cool would this be? Way to go UCR!! Keep on developing!!
I was so intrigued by this article. I decided to bust out my l'oreal star magnet polish in Grey. There is a little magnet on the side of the bottle top. After painting the color you hold the magnet up to the wet polish. This super cool start pattern appears! I ordered this polish from Ebay UK. I don't think it was ever available in the US.
This screenshot (from I-mockery.com), shows one of the best movie scenes of all time! It's from the totally radical 1990 film Total Recall. Here, the receptionis has a pallette and a stylus. As she touches her nails with the pen, they change colors!! How awesome would this be??

Well thats amazing, I don't think we've had that in the UK! I want!
applepark: I would need a bigger palette though!
Charlie: I actually ordered this from Ebay UK!! I don't think it was available in the US.
My magnet doesn't work on my L'Oreal. Boo! I can't believe I have never seen your blog before? Have I been hiding under a polish bottle? I am loving your blog!
Awesome, I just put on the same polish (I got it in a swap), but in red last night! It was A LOT of fun!
They need to make more!
GOOOOOO UC Riverside!! That would be awesome. Almost as awesome as this nail polish you showed here. :)
R3Beauty: Thanks!! I'm going to send you a PM on MUA. :)
Jackie S: I love the red! Did it take you awhile to get the hang of it?
Megan: I seriously want to drive up there and snoop in their lab!! LOL
