It's Fun Killing Spiders! My Sclerotherapy Adventure

So, Monday I had a session of sclerotherapy. I had no idea what to expect! It was super easy. I only felt a few of the many injections. The veins instantly disapeared when she injected the sclerosing solution. It was so much fun to watch. I, of course, had to add nail art for the occasion. Above is a spider before and after the treatment. ;) This is the same OPI Red Hot Gift from Monday. So, that explains the tipwear! This is one of my (many) bruises. I'll take short term bruises over permanent spider veins any day. Not that the veins were terrible. I've had them forever and they didn't bug me too much. It's just nicer to not have them! :)
Here are some of the injection marks shortly after the procedure. The veins filled back up a tiny bit. This area is now a faint bruise. I'll still need to go back in a few weeks and have the teeny tiny ones zapped with a laser.

Not a great picture. This is one of the clusters of veins. This isn't the biggest one. I couldn't get a good picture of that one since it is on the back of my thigh! It is so hard to photograph veins!

Damn spider veins. That's pretty awesome that they can just get of them though. I'm glad it didn't hurt too much. You're nails are fun :)

I have a spidery patch on my upper thigh. I'd like to have this done too but didn't know anyone that had had the procedure. Doesn't sound painful at all.
