OPI Red Hot Gift ~ Gotta Love A Classic Red!

Felt like wearing a classic red today. My toes even match! I bought this oil today. It is Hei Poa Huile De Monoi Tahiti in the au roucou version. Yum! It smells so good! It has a bit of anatto (a natural dye) and gave my skin a very slight golden hue. The main ingredient is coconut oil. I put a little bit in my dry, fine hair. It seemed to drink it up. Has anyone tried the other scents by this brand? Or a different Monoi Oil? Or just coconut oil?

Sidenote: I am having my sclerotherapy done tomorrow. I have had spider veins on my legs since my teens. During pregnancy they really got worse. I hope this treatment does the trick! I'd love to have legs that don't looked bruised all the time. Has anyone had their spider veins treated? Is anyone interested in me sharing pics?

Love the nail...want the oil! I use coconut oil on my hair and skin in winter.

My MIL had her spider veins done last year and it worked great!

I'm bummed I didn't try regular coconut oil sooner. So far so good!

Good to know it worked well for her. I've seen mixed reviews online. I'm going to a good doctor. We'll see!

I use coconut oil on my skin year round. On some days when my hair is flyaway, after I put oil on my skin I run my hands carefully through the tips of my hair to "quiet it down." That bottle of oil you got sounds pretty good. And that red mani is a great summertime red.

Matching fingers and toes? Wow, I don't remember the last time I managed to do that--my attention wanders to some other color and there I am, blue nails and pink toes. :)

Scandalous: Thank you! I really appreciate that you shared the positive experience your cousin had. It made the whole thing less creepy. :)

Desertnails8: I'll have to try it in my hair for flyaways!

KarenD: I know! I STILL have matching tips and toes! Weird... :)

JackieS: Thanks! It is going great!
