The last Monday in May is Memorial Day here in the United States. It is a day to remember all of the American men and women that were lost in military service. It was started after the Civil War to remember fallen Union soldiers. After World War I, it was expanded to include all of our fallen. I'm praying for peace and remembering those that didn't make it home.
I hated to leave out the other armed forces. The Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard are just as important. This wasn't a deliberate snub. I only have so many finger and so much time. :) So, my manicure show the Marine Corps Bulldog. Semper Fi!
The green is Revlon Street Wear Drab. Chesty (the bulldog's name according to my father in law) is painted with OPI Ginger Bells and his hat is BB Couture's Iced Olive.

I love this and I think it's cool that you only did the Marines. We know you're not snubbing! Personally I live by the motto of "Improvise. Adapt. Overcome." Thank you Marine Corps!
