I've been searching for a really good moisturizer. My skin has been in utter chaos. Dry, acne, irritated and just plain lame. I picked up a sample size Weleda Skin Food at Target for around $3. I love it! I decided to get the full size one for about $17. I really hope I don't end up breaking out from this. So far, my face looks better than it has in a year! I love it on my hands too. It needs to be rubbed in and a little goes a long way. It smells like a health food store. :)
Now. The nails! This is the new Milani named Dot Com. Very pretty deep purple with little gold flecks. Much darker on the nail than I was expecting. This is two coats with poshe on top.

Milani Hi-Tech And House Renovation Pics

First, the polish part of the post! This is two coats of Milani's Hi-tech. No top coat. I feel like top coats dull the blingy rainbow! This is a very, very smooth holo. It is wearing better than my other holo colors. I might have to go back and get the rest of these!Ignore this part if you aren't into home renovating!! :)
Now! The reason I've been so lagging on my posting/manicuring!! Pictures of the house I'll be moving into in April. These are the before pics (after the demo was done.) I can't wait to share all the progress as it's being made. :) The pics are panoramic! I took them just for my blogger buddies. :) For some reason the pics aren't clickable... Hmm.. I'll try to fix it later.

This is a picture of the front door and living room. The kitchen is behind us at this point. The wall on the right was COVERED in a huge mirror. The stinky chair to the left is the last bit of furniture that was left behind. Not my stinky chair. : )

Here is a closer shot of the living room. It opens up to the left behind the wall.

Kitchen view facing the backyard. Every square inch was covered in wallpaper!! Ugh. All the cabinets are primed and we are painting them a creamy white. The countertops are Uba Tuba Granite. There will be a white subway tile backsplash all the way up the wall under the cabinets.

Kitchen with back to the yard. 1. this is where the fridge will live 2. There will be a granite built in desk here.

Here are the color swatches for the walls. The cabinets/shelves will be white. Wanna guess which one I picked!!???

Milani Black Magic Collection
Left to Right: Whimsical, Magical, Spellbinding, Enchantment, Charmed and Fairy Tale
Here are some quick swatches of the new Halloween collection from Milani. I found these at CVS. They are all glitters in a black base. This was four coats with no top coat. The glitter is super smooth. It may only take three on natural nails. Sometimes these swatch boards need extra coats!
